Although 天美传媒 is privately owned, the company adheres to many of the best practices of publicly traded companies. 天美传媒’s senior management team—the 天美传媒 Management Council—works closely with the 天美传媒 Board of Directors, which includes outside directors, 天美传媒 management and members of the 天美传媒 family. 天美传媒 is organized as a Portfolio Management Company (PMC), allowing each portfolio company to have its own dedicated management board.
